Whether participating in the events or volunteering as a coach or trainer, the Hutchinson area Special Olympics has something to offer everyone.

The group’s mission is to provide a year-round program of events and activities, training and competition for individuals with mental and physical disabilities that contribute to lifelong physical fitness, personal growth and achievement.

The main activities are unified bowling and basketball during the winter, individual bowling in the fall and track-and-field events in the summer.

Volunteers are always encouraged and needed to help athletes achieve goals and have fun.
